A list of workshop topics available for the season will be published by March 2023; past workshop topics have included beeswax candle-dipping, canning skills, traditional candy making, knitting, heritage baking, how to make a pizza from scratch (including the cheese), art in the garden, and a variety of gardening topics. Due to COVID, all workshop participants must be part of the same social bubble and the workshops will be conducted following the best-practice guidance of Interior Health. If a public health order prevent us from hosting your workshop at your preferred time, we will happily reschedule to another suitable date and time.
The certificate is intended for use from March 15, 2023 to Dec 7, 2023 but workshops must be reserved at least a month in advance of the preferred date. Some topics may have a small additional charge for supplies.
This year we’re excited to offer a variety of gift basket options, full of our own preserves and other Similkameen goodies, with delivery to-the-door in the Okanagan, Similkameen and Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. Order by Dec 8th for delivery by Dec 18th.
