Description
Developed in 1906, and named for its birthplace, the Santa Rosa plum has a deep rich flavour with the perfect balance between its sweet flesh and tart skin. We were fortunate enough this summer to get access to some exceptional fruit from a local organic orchard and could help but make a truly spectacular jam.
