Workshop: Sourdough Next Steps

In this advanced workshop, we’ll take your sourdough skills to the next level by diving deeper into the flavour development, shaping, and scoring techniques that produce truly artisanal loaves. We’ll also explore an expanded menu of recipes—from enriched breads to cinnamon buns and beyond.
Each participant will leave with two sourdough starters: the same culture from our introductory class, as well as a brand-new rye-based starter to broaden your baking repertoire.
This presentation will be led by Chris Mathieson, our General Manager. Advanced registration is required and space is limited.
