Workshop: Introduction to Sourdough

Before the advent of modern bakers years, bakers kept a living sourdough culture around to leaven their breads. Come join us and learn the basics of baking bread with a traditional sourdough culture. This workshop includes an introduction to the art, science and magic of a living sourdough culture as well as a container of sourdough starter.
This workshop will be led by our General Manager, Chris Mathieson. Advanced reservations are required.
