Join us for a guided tasting to explore the subtle flavor differences of single-origin and blended chocolates before learning the fundamentals of tempering—that magical process for achieving a glossy finish and perfect snap. Once your chocolate is tempered, you’ll create molded confections, indulgent truffles, and decorate chocolate-dipped strawberries for a beautifully romantic treat. We’ll also cover tips on adding decorative flair to make your creations truly shine!
