Workshop: Introduction to Fermentation

Long ago, our ancestors discovered that they could harness mechanisms of spoilage and use to preserve and transform food in exceptional ways. In this workshop participants will explore the alchemy of fermentation and learn how to craft probiotic-rich delights such as sauerkraut, yoghurt and kombucha safely.
This presentation will be led by Chris Mathieson, our General Manager. Advanced registration is required and space is limited.
