tep into the world of homemade pasta with this hands-on workshop that explores the basics of creating fresh, handcrafted dough and transforming it into a variety of classic shapes and stuffed delights. Discover different flour choices and variations on a traditional pasta dough, learn kneading and rolling techniques, and practice forming everything from ribbons of fettuccine to tender ravioli. We’ll also cover a few essential sauces and finishing touches to bring out the best in your pasta creations.
