Workshop: Cheesemaking Next Steps

Step further into the world of cheesemaking with this workshop that delves into the finer points of curds and whey. Participants will explore specific cheese cultures in more detail, learn to craft intermediate-level cheeses, and discover tips on aging them at home to develop unique flavours and textures.
Each participant will receive samples of both mesophilic and thermophilic starter cultures to keep your cheesemaking journey going, as well as enough animal rennet for more than a dozen batches. Join us and continue your adventure in turning fresh milk into a world of artisanal cheeses!
