Join us for a truly unique apple experience–a hands-on workshop (and dinner) that goes beyond the kitchen to explore the rich history and culinary versatility of apples. Led by our General Manager, Chris Mathieson, this three-hour session will feature a tasting of some of the nearly 100 historic apple varieties grown on our property—apples you won’t find in any store.
After tasting these unique varieties, you’ll get hands-on experience making a selection of delicious dishes, including tarte tatin, apple crisp, apple butter, mulled cider, baked apples, and savory apple & pork dishes. Whether you’re a fan of sweet treats or savory delights, this workshop offers something for everyone, with plenty of tasting along the way!
