Step into the world of cheesemaking with this workshop that explores the craft of curds and whey. Participants will learn the basics of magically turning fresh milk to a variety of quick cheeses like mozzarella and paneer. Join us and take the first steps on your cheese-making journey!

This workshop will be led by our General Manager, Chris Mathieson. Advanced registration is required.
