This workshop will be lead by our General Manager, Chris Mathieson, who’s filled tens of thousands of jars of sweet and savory jams, jellies, pickles, chutneys, sauce, relishes and more over the last decade. Walk away with a few recipes and a ton of tricks and trips to help you fill your pantry with delicious preserves to last you through the winter and beyond. Preserve flavours just as our ancestors did.
